Library shape
Production libraries don't fit one document type. The same engine reads body text, exploded diagrams, dimensional tables, parts lists, OCR'd scans of legacy manuals, and the regulatory framework the work is governed by — and treats them as one cross-referenced whole. PDFs, Word, scanned legacy documents, drawings — all of it, read in full.

Every answer carries the document, the section, and the revision. The operator sees it; the QA audit trail records the same line.
Uncertainty
Calibrated, not guessed
When two SOPs apply and the operator is in the overlap, Dokko flags it and routes to the shift lead — rather than picking one and guessing.
Versioning
Effective on the date asked
Retrieval respects effective dates. A question asked today returns the document effective today. Superseded revisions remain retrievable for retrospective audit.

Searchable, exportable record: operator ID, the question, the source served, the revision, and any Agent action that followed. Audit log capabilities are part of Pro and Enterprise.
