Which LLM providers are supported?

We support integrations with leading Large Language Model (LLM) providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq and others. For a full list of supported providers and any updates, please check our documentation or reach out to our support team.

Are there limits on the number of chatbot requests or the total size of documents uploaded to Dokko's document store?

For users of the Standard and Professional plans, Dokko operates under a fair-use policy, meaning we do not impose extra charges for high volumes of requests or large document storage, as long as usage remains within reasonable limits. Currently, the maximum number of requests that end users can submit is capped at 300 requests per minute. For document storage, users can upload documents consisting up to 300 million characters in total.
These limits are designed to support a wide range of use cases while ensuring consistent performance across all users.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime directly from your account settings. Changes will be applied at the start of the next billing cycle. For cancellations, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For Enterprise accounts, additional payment options, such as invoicing, may be available.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, a 7-day free trial is available for the Standard and Professional plans, allowing you to explore Dokko's features before committing to a subscription.

How secure is my data?

We prioritize data security with end-to-end encryption and secure authentication protocols. Your documents are encrypted at rest. For Enterprise customers, additional security measures, including dedicated infrastructure and advanced security features, are available to meet specific compliance requirements.

What happens at the end of the trial?

When you sign up for a trial, you’ll be asked to enter your credit card information, but you won’t be charged until the 7-day trial period ends. If you decide Dokko isn’t right for you, you can cancel anytime during the trial without incurring any charges. If you continue using Dokko beyond the 7-day trial, your credit card will be charged for the first month of your selected plan. You may see a temporary authorization hold on your card, which will be returned to you once Dokko has confirmed your card is valid.

What level of customer support is included with each plan?

What are the typical usage charges for Large Language Models (LLMs) with Dokko?

The usage costs for LLMs depend on the provider and the model you choose. For smaller models, typical charges are around $0.15 per 1 million input tokens and $0.60 per 1 million output tokens. In this context, a "token" is a unit of text, roughly corresponding to parts of words. Here are some helpful rules of thumb for understanding tokens in terms of length: 1 token is approximately 4 characters in English, about ¾ of a word, and 100 tokens roughly equal 75 words. In most typical usage scenarios, these costs are minimal and often negligible, making Dokko an affordable solution for integrating AI-powered features.

Can I use open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) on-premises with Dokko?
